Dr. Arunaselam is the Executive Director and Senior Advisor for CeDRE Malaysia. He holds a Ph.D. in Financial Management and a M.P.A. from the University of Pittsburgh, USA. Dr. Aru has over 33 years of experience in finance and management working with the Malaysian government as well as with various international/regional agencies such as the World Bank, United Nations, IMF, Asian Development Bank, ASEAN, and the UNDP besides donors such as AusAID, SDC, and DFID.

He is a recognised expert in results-based management, monitoring & evaluation, program performance management, financial management, program evaluation, budgeting, management information systems, and public sector reform. He is well known for his innovative ProLL program and evaluation planning and logic models and integrated Results-Based Management Systems. An accomplished trainer, he has been a visiting lecturer at the University of Pittsburgh, USA (financial management, results-based budgeting) and a Senior Associate of the RMIT University, Melbourne, Australia (program evaluation and program performance measurement).

Dr. Aru has been and still is a technical advisor to several governments in developing countries in Asia and Africa on results-based management, monitoring and evaluation, as well as in public sector reform and modernization of government.

A Senior Associate, he holds a M.B.A and is an expert in public sector management and reform with particular focus on Results-Based Management and M&E.  He is also a certified ISO auditor for the Malaysian public sector.  He has more than 35 years experience as a senior manager in the Malaysian Government in various positions and capacities.  He has also served as technical advisor & management consultant in various countries, including South Africa, Vietnam, Mauritius, Trinidad-Tobago, India, Bangladesh, and Zimbabwe.  He has consulted for all major donor agencies and bodies such as the World Bank, UNDP, Commonwealth Secretariat, ADB, and ASEAN.

Dato' Supra is an expert in economics and trade matters with more than 35 years of experience with the Malaysian public sector, with particular focus on international trade and related matters.  He has vast experience as consultant and advisor to several countries and international bodies on trade/WTO matters.  He is a much sought after expert on trade matters.

Datuk Merlyn Kasimir has served with the Malaysian government for more than 30 years in various capacities and senior positions.  Prior to retirement, he was Chief Executive Officer of Malaysia External Trade Development Corporation (MATRADE) and has extensive experience in trade and related matters, including industrial master plan and GATT.  Prior to his appointment as CEO of MATRADE, he has served withthe Ministry of International Trade and Industry ( MITI ) for many years.  Datuk Kasimir is a well recognised expert in international trade and related matters.

Mazlan is the Managing Director and ICT Advisor for CeDRE Malaysia. He is an expert in information technology, computer and multimedia applications and networks. He has more than 30 years of experience in electrical works and now in computer applications. He is the principal technical advisor for all I.T., computer technology, multi-media, and management information systems for CeDRE (Malaysia).

Kamala is an expert at linguistics and English as a foreign or second language. She holds a Masters in Education from the University of Pittsburgh, USA and a B.A. (Hons) in English and a Diploma in Education. With more than 30 years of experience in the teaching of English and linguistics, she is the technical advisor/consultant for all linguistics and English projects and CeDRE (Malaysia)'s principal editor.

Supramaniam Sinnasamy is a public sector management and reform expert and a recognised expert in intellectual property rights, competition law, business ethics, and consumer affairs. He is also an experienced project management and public administration reform specialist. He has more than 30 years management experience and holds a LLB., M.P.A., and a B.Ec. (Hons).

Chang is a senior economist with more than 28 years of experience in the field. He is a specialist in economics, research methodology, research design, and environmental and social impact assessment. He is also an expert in performance measurement & ICT.

Chiew Kieok holds a MSc. and is an expert in research methodology, performance measurement and management information systems. She has extensive experience with data management under evaluation & is an accomplished trainer.

Dheva is an expert in ICT and management information systems. He has extensive experience in designing, formulating, and installing management information system and computerized monitoring & evaluation systems.

Nirmala, an ACCA accountant, is an accounting consultant with CeDRE Malaysia. She manages all financial and accounting matters, financial planning/forecasting, and accounting information systems and a technical advisor to CEDRE Malaysia on costing and cost management.
