CeDRE International (Australia)
CeDRE (I) Australia is an international evaluation research and consultancy firm based in Melbourne, Australia. It is a member of the CeDRE group of research and development firms internationally. Most of its work is focused on researching and developing cutting-edge development work in the area of public sector program evaluation and performance measurement.

Gibaran Business School, Adelaide, Australia
Gibaran is an established educational institute based in Adelaide, Australia. Established in1985, Gibaran has since evolved into an international business school dedicated to the work-based development of managers using Action Learning principles and the action research method. Gibaran delivers qualification courses accredited within the Australian Qualifications Framework. These include the Diploma, Associate Degree, Bachelor Degree and MBA; and the research degree programmes of Master of Management, Doctor of Business Administration and Doctor of Philosophy. The Gibaran Centre for Public Sector Governance promotes excellence in public sector governance and management, through capacity building in applied research in organisational governance, as well as evaluation of programs and organisations, in the public sector (Government) and third sector (NGOs).

Malaysian Evaluation Society (MES)
The Malaysian Evaluation Society is an organization for evaluation practitioners and managers from all levels of government, business community, academia and individuals. Officially established in 1999, MES helps promote awareness in all apsects and efforts of evaluation. MES works in close cooperation with CeDRE International in promoting its activities in Malaysia, regionally and internationally. One of its core activities is, organising the MES international conference which is held once in every two years. This brings about the exchange of ideas, experiences and resources related to all aspects of evaluation from various country participants.

InApp Solutions
InApp is our our ICT solutions provider based in India with branches in US, Canada, and Japan. They are CeDRE International's main ICT partner overseas and provide cutting-edge in ICT solutions for both the public and private sectors.

CeDRE International (Africa)
CeDRE International (Africa) was formed in 2009 with close collaboration with CeDRE International based in Malaysia. As with other CeDRE group members, the CeDRE Africa carrys out consultancies, training and capacaity building around the region.

CeDRE International (Vietnam)
This is our latest addition and will be fully operational by April, 2010. CeDRE Internationall will provide both training and capacity-building services to government, donors, and NGOs. The Center will also provide technical and policy advice to the clients above on M&E, performance management, IRBM, and MfDR aspects.

Collaboration & Partnerships

CeDRE International is open to collaboration with other institutions that are interested in development and research work as well as advocacy of evaluation and related areas. We are also seeking to open regional branches and hope to have a CeDRE branch soon in a number of other regions.
