CeDRE specialises in various management services, with particular focus on public sector monitoring and evaluation and integrated performance management. In addition, CeDRE also offers technical advisory services and training in Results-based Management, Results-based Budgeting, Public Sector Financial Management, and related fields. It conducts hands-on workshops using a unique attachment program on monitoring and evaluation for developing countries as well as for donor agencies. CeDRE is also actively involved in local, regional, and international advocacy and capacity-building initiatives in integrated monitoring and evaluation systems for improving program performance improvements and policy decision-making in the public sector.
